For us, it is very important to know where our coffee comes from so that we can be involved in the total process - to truly complete the circle of seed to cup, to assure quality control, and to be authentic.  Our coffee, which is from Boca del Monte, Veracruz, is lovingly grown and harvested  by a small producer and we give it the respect and care it deserves in its preparation as a drink.  This is what Chiquitito Café is really all about.
